Traude Leibbrand

Traude works with a wide range of commonly presented problems like anxiety, depression, work related stress and eating issues.  She has a special interest in supporting clients to resolve past or recent trauma.  She is registered as a treatment provider for ACC for clients with a physical injury, for EAP services and Insurance companies.

Danute Leathem

Danute works with individuals and couples from the age of 16 years, in a wide variety of commonly experienced problems, such as depression, anxiety and stress, etc, and also the less usual issues that can challenge us.

She has thirty years experience and her focus is helping you achieve your goals in a welcoming collaborative and non-judgemental environment.

She is experienced in a wide variety of treatment modalities and will work with you to decide which will best address your needs.

Megan is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Paediatric Neuropsychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents.

Anjana Gaekwad

Anjana undertakes comprehensive psychological assessments and offers psychotherapy across a wide range of child, adolescent and adult mental health issues, particularly in the areas of anxiety and stress related disorders, depression, trauma and abuse issues, grief and immigrant issues.  She also offers family therapy and relationship counselling.

Anjana is integrative in her approach and works from a developmental and systemic perspective.  She works collaboratively with clients to help best make sense of their current difficulties in the context of their life history, experiences and relationships.  Her work is informed by mindfulness bases cognitive behavioural theory, psycho-dynamic theory, family systems and Social Constructionist approaches to assist clients in making desired changes and achieving their goals.

Virginia specialises in alcohol and drug problems, drink driving, Depression, Anxiety related disorders including Performance Anxiety and Stress, And coping with physical illness.  She also does Court Assessments.

Julian Reeves

Julian works with a range of psychological referrals and has special expertise in dealing with depression and anxiety disorders.  He has wide experience in the field of Health Psychology and in the management of pain and also offers relationship counselling.

Kirsty Rorke

Kirsty has experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties.

Leena St Martin

Leena specialises in women’s health, particularly gynaecological and sexual difficulties.  This includes gynaecological cancer and pelvic pain/uro-genital pain syndromes, as well as fertility difficulties.  Leena works with individual women as well as couples to address grief and adjustment to change posed by these health conditions.  She is also familiar with supporting people with other complex physical health problems and can work alongside the other health professionals involved in your care to ensure optimal outcomes.  Leena enjoys opportunities to share this knowledge by lecturing to diverse audiences and by publishing academic papers about her work.

Prior to specialising in Women’s health, Leena worked in Community Mental Health in West Auckland for six years and has been in private practice since 2001, providing individual and couples therapy and employee assistance services, including support with organisational change, stress and burnout. 

Leena often uses a cognitive-behavioural approach (CBT) within a bio-psychosocial framework.  The one hour appointment takes the form of a collaborative discussion and is guided by your stated goals.

Ian Lambie

Ian is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and he works with children, adolescents, adults and families. I mostly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems interventions. I take a pragmatic approach to solving problems. I also see some clients for longer term psychotherapy.

Kate works in the Family Court and Ministry of Social Development.  She also specialises in advising on child care arrangements after parental separation, parenting capacities, children’s behaviour problems, post-trauma counselling, reunification of children and parents and clinical supervision.
